Who We Are
We believe health literacy is a basic right.
As a nonprofit organization in Canada, we aim to strengthen community health. We do this by sharing trustworthy, evidence-based education. This helps people live healthier lives, not just longer ones.
Why We Exist
CCHN exists to close the gap between Lifespan and Healthspan.
Lifespan is the total number of years a person lives. Healthspan is the number of years a person lives in good health, without chronic illness or disability. People around the world are living longer than ever. But, many spend nearly one-third of their lives managing preventable diseases. These diseases are linked to lifestyle and daily habits.
Modern medicine has made incredible progress in treating and managing disease. Yet, it has made far less progress in prevention and community health education. This tells us something important: healthier lives start with prevention, and prevention begins with understanding. Curious and Creative Health Network (CCHN) exists to close this gap.
What We Do
Programs
Our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower communities with practical, science-based insights for a healthier, more confident future. We specialize in designing customized workshops that align with your organization’s audience and goals. Whether you’re a education center, health agency, or community group, we’ll work with you to build a meaningful experience. We understand that every audience is unique and so are your needs.

Programs for Seniors
Smart Aging
Smart Aging helps adults understand how the body and brain change with age. We translate evidence-based science into practical knowledge for stronger, healthier daily living.

Programs for Women
Her Health
Her Health empowers women with clear, evidence-based health information tailored to their unique needs. Much of the health guidance women hear is based on research in men, leaving gaps in understanding their own bodies. Our goal is to support women in thriving through every stage of life, with information designed for them.

Programs for Youth
Thrive Lab
Puberty is a time of significant change—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our youth workshops help nurture curiosity, develop emotional awareness, and create lasting habits for mental and physical health.

Programs for Adults
Resilient You
We live in a world filled with information, but not enough clarity. We help participants understand their bodies and brains. They learn about their habits and stress. We also cover confidence and decision-making. Our approaches are realistic and easy to apply.
